Гипотеза: Несмотря на успешные попытки реваскуляризировать ишемическую диабетическую стопу во избежание высоких ампутаций и сохранения опороспособной нижней конечности, к оптимизму в суждениях следует отнестись сдержанно из-за по прежнему тревожной статистики по сердечно-сосудистой смертности и утрате нижних конечностей у пациентов с сахарным диабетом.

Цель исследования: Обоснование возможности успешной реваскуляризации нижних конечностей при ишемической и нейро-ишемической диабетической стопе при компенсированном сахарном диабете во избежание ипси- и контрлатеральной высокой ампутации нижних конечностей, повышения качества и продолжительности жизни.

or precedes the development of diabetic foot syndrome. We investigated the prevalence

of thrombophilic abnormalities and thrombosis of leg vessels in diabetic foot patients,

because they can contribute to severe diabetic foot syndrome [DFS].

Objective: Results of the clinical trial revealed the spectrum of bacterial invazion of diabetic wounds. It presents actuality for the decreasing of limb amputation among diabetic patients.

Objective: Results of the clinical trial show that vasoactive prostanoids directly contribute to homeostasis of the circulatory system of diabetic foot in the prevalance of ischemic disorders. It presents actuality for the decrision of the limb amputation among diabetic patients. The aim of the investigation is to demonstrate visible clinical improvement of lower limb circulation under Prostaglandin E-1.
